    Summary: As a member of the organization’s Executive Management Team, this position is responsible for all company-wide information system activities including all business applications, telecommunications systems and ecommerce applications for the company.

    Summary: To be responsible for assisting with all operations pertaining to the Wardrobe Department and the preparation of costumes for all stage use, in the theater and other locations as determined by management.

    Summary: To create and administer transparent business systems for the Production Department of San Francisco Opera (SFO), working closely with all production department budget managers as well as the Finance Department of the company. To supervise and administer production areas including budgets, payroll and payables. To participate in the various areas of the contracting processes and union negotiations related to the production. To be a participant in positive and forward-thinking communication, both internally in the department/company and externally with all business partners.

  • Summary: To provide administrative support to the Managing Director: Philanthropy and Audiences and to manage select projects spanning the four Philanthropy and Audiences (P&A) departments: Communications, Development, Marketing and Media.

  • Summary: To provide human resources support for the San Francisco Opera Association.
